giving back

I truly believe in the importance of a strong community. I have been given so much and try to give some back whenever I can.

I am an affiliate photographer with Now I Lay Me Down To Sleep and have been blessed to have been able to provide the gift of professional portraiture to families facing the loss of a baby.

United Cerebral Palsy of Central Ohio is another cause dear to me. Participating in UCP’s annual People of Promise Golf Outing has been a joy for me. The program participants are so much fun to work with! I was also honored to be asked to create the photographic images for the 2008 Annual Campaign and I also attend and photograph the Reese Adult Day Center “Taste of Italy” dinner and silent auction each February.

I have also served on the board of the Licking County Coalition for Housing, contributed time and talent to the Buckeye Ranch, sponsored area Little Leagues and donated auction items to charities including Columbus Children’s Theatre, Licking County YMCA, Mental Health America, Girl Scouts of Ohio, St. Francis de Sales, Big Brothers/Big Sisters, St. Stephen’s Community House and the Delaware County Humane Society.
